Celatro is written using the Microsoft's .NET managed runtime environment. Similar to Java, .NET assemblies can be ported to and run on any operating system (OS) that has the .NET runtime installed.

At this time, Celatro has been successfully ported to and run on:

• Microsoft Mobile 2003
• Linux
• Unix
• Mac OS X
